Ampoule Making Automat 16 Stations Ampoule Forming Machine
  • The fully automatic forming of ampoule from glass tube starts with feeding of the tube at each station
  • The tube is lowered at pre-set length & gripped to revolve on it's axis by two concentric chucks
  • The rotary movement of machine carries individual tube through pre-heating, drawing to form stem constriction & cutting with the aid of different burner posts & form tooling
  • The cut ampoule is separated from tube to be conveyed for cutting glazing & sorting machine
  • Machine drive bevel gears are of alloy steel & heat treated. It runs in oil bath for long life
  • Oiling system for all important moving parts viz. bevel, chain wheel, worm wheel etc.
  • Smooth jerk less rotation of the units. Ensure good quality ampoules
Ampoule Cutting, Glazing & Sorting Machine :
 
  • Coupled and synchronized with Automat. The formed ampoules are conveyed to sensitive scoring station
  • The scored ampoules are indexed for glazing sharp edge by fusing & polishing burnes
  • Sorting follows above on six adjustable stations to gauge pre-determined stem diameter in range of 0.1 mm. The sorted ampoules are transported to respective collectors
  • Oiling system for all moving parts
  • Accurate sensitive scoring with balanced blade pressure & smooth rotation of ampoule on ball bearings
  • Special fibre glass lined channels to prevent breakage of sorted ampoules
Glass Tube Weighing Machine :
 
  • Uniform pre-determined dimensions and speedier production of ampoules on automat, is ensured by grouping of glass tube in eight groups on wall thickness basis on these machine
  • The machine carries out automatic grouping of glass tube diameter range 9.5 to 26 mm in two desired speeds
Glass Tube Sorting Device :
 
  • To sort glass tubes in tolerance of 0.1 mm, the gauging point are adjustable for tubes diameter range from 9.5 mm to 26 mm
