  • Compact, versatile and elegantly matt finished unit in stainless steel, for sealing various sizes of vials and caps automatically.
  • The basic unit consists of a conveyors, star-wheel, back-guide, vibratory feeder, chute, sealing head, safety device and feather tough control panel.
  • Properly stoppered containers are regularly fed through conveyor to the synchronized star wheel pocket.
  • Aluminum caps kept in the Feeder Chute and then moves till the retaining fingers of the chute out-let.
  • During in Ex - ing, container picks up the cap from chute and transfers the container below sealing head for sealing operation.
  • Sealing head comes down and the plunger holds the container perfectly. The sealing rollers now move inside and complete the sealing operation neatly.
  • The sealing container is now transferred on to the conveyor.

The out put of Vial Capping Machines are vary from 60 vials on singles head to up to 350 vials per minute on twelve head machine. The machines are suitable to apply aluminium and flip-off caps on moulded and tubular glass vials. The capping machines are ideal for application mainly in pharmaceutical industries. The machines are equipped with vibratory feeder to feed the cap onto the vial neck for online capping.
